5 Bedroom Farm for Sale in Roodeplaat

This unique 150ha farm in Roodeplaat is situated approximately 30 km from Pretoria and close to a few upmarket lifestyle estates. The farm includes 4ha irrigation land with irrigation rights from the Magalies water scheme. The rest of the farm is a combination of grazing land/ bushveld and an open flat area on the eastern border. Furthermore there are two houses and various outbuildings. There is a 1 X 3 bedroom house and 1 X 2 bedroom cottage that is currently rented out. The old farm house and surrounding structures, need a lot of work bring it back to its original style. The farm is well situated close to the Moloto road with a 1km drive to the old farm house. It has 3 phase Eskom electricity and borehole water. The neighboring North-west boundary of the farm is opposite smallholdings with Pebble Rock Golf Estate and Roodeplaat dam only a stone throw away. The is in my opinion a great opportunity to own a bigger piece of land relatively close to the city. There could also be development potential in the future. Please call for appointment.
